10th Annual Toy Drive
Have questions? Download the PAL FAQ here.
SMPS Chesapeake Chapter is gearing up for our annual toy drive for the Baltimore Police Activities League (PAL) organization. The drive benefits underprivileged children who participate in PAL’s After School Programs. PAL programs allow young people to interact with police officers in a positive setting while participating in constructive activities offering support in the areas of academic enrichment, character development, cultural arts, and athletics.
We are collecting toys, school supplies, toiletries, hats, gloves and books for boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 16. Baltimore Ravens players will distribute the toys at a festive holiday party at the ESPN Zone on December 23rd. Help support PAL and the great work it does for the Baltimore City youth. Items or monetary donations are accepted on behalf of the SMPS Chesapeake. New, unwrapped items can be dropped off at any SMPS organized event or an SMPS PAL committee member can arrange for pick-up at your offices.
If you have any questions about donating or coordinating pick up, please contact Stephanie VanDyke at svandyke@leachwallace.com. Thank you!
