Payment Policy
Please note that payment for events is due prior to admittance. Payment for events can be made by registering online with a credit card. For those that register with the “pay by check” option, the check must be received seven business days prior to the event. If the check is not received within seven business days of the event, the registration is void. Payments the day of the event will no longer be accepted. We are no longer able to bill event participants.
Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a refund, reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to the start of the event. If you do not cancel your reservation within the required time period a refund will be forfeited. For those that choose the “pay by check” option an invoice will be sent to you. All outstanding invoices must be paid before admittance to future events will be granted.
